This hanger is made of cold rolled 1/4" powder coated steel. These hangers are strong able to handle most weights. It fits perfectly over the top of most vinyl fences without pinching the top of the fence. The hanger is 2-1/16"wide and 6"long. Use these hangers without using screws, best utilized for decorative fence art or other functional needs.
